This question is for the Women in this industry. I am a Wife & Mother. Both my husband and I work most Saturdays and we have a son. I feel guilty on Satudays when I have to leave him. I have considered leaving the industry all together because of the hours and the extra funds I have to dish out for a babysitter weekly.
